1. Use
    This machine is suitable for blowing PVC plastic film. PVC plastic film is shrinking when meeting heat, that is why we call it hot shrink film. The film is very transparent and mainly used for packaging to top grade products.

2. Characteristics

Both the screw and the barrel adopt 38CRMOA as their material. They are processed by nitriding and with precise machinery. So they have high hardness, high anti-corrosion and are durable in use.

By use of frequency control to motor speed, the film blowing speed can be controlled precisely and energy can be saved.
